One Glove Academy coaching team have devised structured and progressive, age specific programmes, focused on GK development in line with the FA’s 4 corner model for long term player development.

Goalkeeping Coaching Programmes
One Glove coaching programmes are designed to develop goalkeepers mentally and physically and include working on the following drills; Fitness and Conditioning | Positioning, Handling and Footwork | Diving and Shot Stopping | Dealing with the 1-vs-1 | Dealing with Crosses | Distribution.

One Glove Academy is endorsed by NEA Director and NUFC Goalkeeper Rob Elliot, and NUFC Goalkeeper Martin Dúbravka. Structured and engaging One Glove Academy sessions individually develop each Goalkeeper to maximise potential Technically, Tactically, Physically, Psychologically and Socially.

GK SPECIFIC BTEC PROGRAMME
This programme is available for any Goalkeeper between 16-18 years of age who would like to receive daily GK specific professional coaching alongside studying for a BTEC Extended Level 3 Diploma in Sport.

GK SPECIFIC HOLIDAY COURSES
Our One Glove Academy coaching team have designed the non-term time GK Specific Holiday Courses which are open to all GK’s between 6 – 14 years of age. Our aim is to improve the confidence and technical ability of every GK that attends in a fun and positive learning environment.

GOALKEEPER 1-2-1 SESSIONS
